Story
I'm Savva, a 15-year-old racing driver from England. Most of my life is spent chasing tenths of a second around circuits at 100mph. But on 21 July, I'm swapping the car for a pair of running shoes and taking on the Thruxton 10k to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.
This one is personal. My grandma is living with Alzheimer's, and watching someone you love navigate that disease is one of the hardest things a family can go through. She's still here, still fighting, and still the same person who means everything to us - but Alzheimer's makes it harder every day
Every pound raised goes toward research, support, and care for the millions of people and families affected by dementia across the UK. If you can spare anything - it genuinely means a lot, not just to me, but to my grandma and everyone living with this disease.
Thank you for reading, and for supporting.
- Savva
