Story
The Haddenham Association of Scouts and Guides set up their first village Scarecrow Festival in 2016. This has become a popular and much loved annual event, which raises funds for different local charities each year. This year, the Festival will support Forever Colours Children's Hospice.
This charity provides a 'hospice' service in family homes and within the community in Buckinghamshire. They provide care to families who have babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions as well as profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Founded in 2018, Forever Colours offer a range of support services with the emotional and physical wellbeing of families in mind, including respite care and advocacy, sibling and parent support, one-to-one help, group days out, post-death and end of life care.
