Story
In April 2026, I will be taking part in running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK. My dad has been diagnosed with stage 2 Prostate Cancer and is currently undergoing monitoring and treatment. Thankfully, his cancer was caught early and he has an excellent prognosis - something we’re all so incredibly grateful for.
But not every man is so lucky. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK, and too many men are still diagnosed at a later stage, when treatment options are more limited and outcomes are far less certain.
By fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK, I hope to help support vital research, improve early diagnosis, and ensure that men and their families get the information, care and support they need - no matter where they are on their journey.
Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference.
