Edit: I have now done the abseil and just want to say thank you for everyone for the support, encouragement and donations!!! Thank you all so much I had a lot of fun and was lucky enough to have good weather and cracking view too from the top of the cathedral. Much love to you all xxx

Hi, my name is Scarlett Spain and I'm taking part in The Myton Hospices Abseil down Coventry Cathedral on the 19th September at 12:45 this will last roughly half an hour. Originally it was 11th July but due to repairs on the cathedral roof it had to be rearranged.

The reason for this abseil for this charity is to provide dedicated care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, in their in-patient beds and in the community continues to be Myton’s primary focus. Myton need to raise £12.7 million this year to do this.
