It’s back, again! FSS and Sciennes Primary School are hosting the ever popular Swimathon from 28 April to 01 May 2025, in order to raise funds to benefit each and every child at Sciennes.

Children will have the opportunity to swim as many lengths/breadths of the pool as they can in a specified time. Please sponsor what you can to support them in their efforts!

Why It Matters

The funds raised by Friends of Sciennes School (FSS) have made a real difference in supporting children at Sciennes Primary School. Most recently, FSS has helped fund the playground upgrades and made a significant contribution to the creation of our new library. Additionally, FSS has worked closely with the school to ensure that all children can attend residential trips to Benmore and Lagganlia, as well as support class excursions, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate.

The Swimathon is great fun, popular with the children and something of a Sciennes Primary tradition!

Our target is to raise £8,500 from sponsorship so please give generously!
