The range of illnesses under the Dementia umbrella are cruel, indiscriminate and so difficult on the sufferers and their loved ones.

Dementia UK carry out tremendous work supporting the families of those suffering, helping to guide them through the day to day difficulties.

I have written a song from the perspective of someone suffering from a Dementia illness, and it is, at its heart, a song about loss. Losing oneself to the illness, and slowly losing those around you as you become incapable of remembering.
