Story
I'm doing it again! The West Highland Way that is, for the 9th time this May. For those of you who don't know, the West Highland Way is a long distance route of 96 miles between Milngavie, just outside Glasgow, and Fort William in the Scottish Highlands.
I'll be walking the route over 7 days, an average of just about 14 miles a day. I'll also be camping most nights and carrying everything I'm taking so quite the challenge.
I've decided to try to raise some funds for my employer's nominated charity partner for this year, which is the Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.
Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity relies on donations to fund life changing equipment, support services and research at Scotland's largest children's hospital.
Each day, 500 children are cared for at the children's hospital in Glasgow and that's why as a team in Glasgow, we have chosen to support this special charity.
Your support and generosity is so appreciated.
