On the 17th of May, I will embark on a journey to raise funds for Bluetonic and Nottingham CAN's Under the Bridge project. The challenge? Walking 24 miles along the stunning lengths of both the Cromford Canal and the Erewash Canal, culminating at Trent Lock. These beautiful, historic waterways symbolize more than just a physical journey—they represent a path to recovery, conversation, and connection.

What is Under the Bridge? Launched in the spring of 2023 by Bluetonic and Nottingham CAN, this initiative has become a vital safe space for men of all ages. It offers an opportunity to explore the positive mental health impacts of spending time in blue spaces while also participating in an outdoor choir. This project is essential in fostering community and support among individuals who may be struggling.
