I'm taking part in the Stadium Soar at Barclays Hampden to raise vital funds to help support people across Scotland living with by chest, heart, stroke and Long Covid conditions.

Those who no we lost my mum in 2015 following her long term illness after after a stroke and brain haemorrhage in 1991 at the age of only 46 and at a time when support was limited. Myself and family have regularly supported this great cause as previous participants and volunteers at events.

Every pound will help fund Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland's Advice Line, support groups, stroke nurses and rehabilitation services.#NoLifeHalfLived
