This October I will be undertaking 130k hike to Everest Base Camp across 3 weeks with my two best mates, Chris & Dave.

I'm using the opportunity to raise money for an important charity, Long Covid Support.

Long Covid is a hidden illness that is often misunderstood and underrepresented.

My mum suffers with Long Covid which has exacerbated her brain injury symptoms which has significantly impacted her life. I've seen first-hand how hard and difficult dealing with Long Covid can be.

Because Long Covid is so new there are no cures or remedies and it desperately needs more research urgently to help those who are suffering with it.

The Long Covid Support charity offer help, support and guidance to those who are affected by Long Covid, and I would be incredibly grateful if you could spare any change to make a donation.
