I’m running the Leeds 10k in Memory of Rachel Barratt-O’Brien, my wonderful mother in law. We lost Rachel in 2019. During the last few years of her life Hospiscare provided unbelievable levels of support. But to do this they need help, so I’m running for Rachel, and Hospiscare and for all the future people they will help during some of their most challenging times.

It’s been a long journey to get to a position where I could even think about running 2 foot let alone 10k, but the hard work has been worth it and hopefully do proud by Rachel.

I’m running with my wonderful wife Sarah who has been my an amazing fitness buddy and we have been on this journey together x
