Story
On Sunday, 19th October, join Dorset Mind in our 2025 Big Walk! Join us as we walk up to 26.2 miles across the beautiful seafront from Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head, across the Mudeford ferry to the Mind shop in Christchurch and back again.
I'll be aiming for 1/2 the distance at minimum but will try for the full thing although I feel my feet will be dropping off.
Mental health is such an important thing, especially for men who often hide mental health issues and getting to the right information is key. Personally I've had in 2025 a difficult time and without the support of friends and mental health professionals I'm not sure where I'd be.
This is super important to me so please donate!
