I will be taking on Ironman Wales in September 2024. I believe this a good opportunity to raise some money for a cause that really helps. I’ve decided to try and raise some money for Pembrokeshire Coast Charitable Trust in the process. They are a great charity, who support environmental, heritage and educational projects across Pembrokeshire.
