Story
On November 10th Flynn and I will be taking part in a swimathon, aiming to jointly swim as many lengths as possible in 2 hours in memory of our eldest son Oliver who passed away in July from Meningitis at the age of 17.
We’re so grateful for the support of East Grinstead Swimming Club (EGSC) and Kings Centre where the event will take place, for allowing our son to be remembered this way.
Oliver was a lifeguard at Kings Leisure Centre, where EGSC trains (and where the swimathon is being held). Kings have kindly donated pool time to run the swimathon, which is open to anyone who can swim and would like to fundraise in Oliver's memory.
Our youngest son Flynn, never got to say goodbye to Oliver, so he would like to do the swimathon in memory of his brother and raise funds for Meningitis Now.
If you are able to, please support our efforts and donate to Meningitis Now, any amount will be hugely appreciated.
