On 12 April 2026, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of the Mouth Cancer Foundation to raise awareness and funds for a charity that I have become familiar with through my close friendship with Terry and Laura Naden. As some will know, Laura sadly lost her father Gordon to Mouth Cancer in 2018. Laura is now an ambassador for the charity following the death of her father. I hope that by taking part in the event, I can help support her and the cause in some way.

The Mouth Cancer Foundation is a charity dedicated to helping and supporting those suffering from or at risk of mouth cancer, throat cancer and other head and neck cancers, as well as providing assistance and information on living with mouth cancer for families, friends and carers. Hopefully, the funds I raise can help in support the incredible work done by the charity. Any donation would mean a lot to me, and in particular the charity.
