Hi I am running the London Marathon to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Centre Argyll.

Although I have ran marathons before I am pushing myself this tine to run a personal best of under 3:34. This will be my biggest challenge yet.

I have close friends who run the centre who do such amazing work in the community and have been directly affected by this condition. Their passion to help others in need is inspiring so let's help the centre by raising as much money and awareness as we can. The centre is also going be getting onto the the spirit of things by organising events leading up to race day so look out for updates on social media.

Multiple Sclerosis Centre Argyll is based in Lochgilphead with the outreach support extending over the larger areas in Mid Argyll, Kintyre, Islay and Jura. Our mission is to support people affected by neurological and other long term conditions, as well as anyone feeling socially isolated.

Our aim is to support people to live happier, healthier lives and feel part of the community they live. Our outreach worker travels to support people one to one at home, as a group, deliver workshops, training and raising awareness of often hidden conditions.

As a small independent charity we have been running for almost 30 years, we pride our self on our small but mighty team of three and our bank of volunteer to continue to deliver a top quality service to the area we live and support.
