Dreams Come True is a national charity with a mission to enrich the lives of children with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting condition by making their dreams come true.

It is the only UK wish granting charity that supports children living in the highest areas of deprivation.

Whether it’s a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy or a tablet to help an autistic teenager develop their communication skills, each dream brings moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come.
