On St. Patrick’s Day I will be running/crawling a 10K in Belfast to raise money for Friends Of Africa.

Friends of Africa’s mission is to work with young people in Ireland and our partner countries in Africa, providing personal and social development opportunities. Thinking globally and acting locally will underpin our work in creating a more just and equal world.
