To celebrate International Women’s Day, the women of Sealy are participating in a sponsored walk on Sunday 3rd March. The Sealy team will be walking 10km in aid of two local charities:

The Freedom Project offer free, long-term, community-based support in West Cumbria for women who have suffered or are suffering with domestic trauma.

Women Out West support women with a range of vulnerabilities, including mental wellbeing, social isolation and domestic abuse.
