Thank you for taking the time to look at / donate to my page. For those who don’t know me , I work for Menzies in the Ops dept, My story is a very lucky one. I didn’t know I had cancer until it was out. A simple CT scan for a hernia, saw something on my kidney, the doctors thought it was probably benign ‘been there for years’ . Removed half a kidney, results came back as stage three cancer, the tumour was about three months old. Very very lucky! A testament to the CT dept, oncology and the Beatson for aftercare , now about halfway through Immunotherapy treatment which reduces the risk of the tumour returning . I know so many people have said to me they know people that are undergoing treatment at the Beatson , a real family feeling, everyone is so genuine and caring , you really are contributing to a brilliant cause, thank you again. Look out for a few exciting raffles / football cards too coming soon. A special thanks to the Menzies / Jet2 staff for their time and taking part in the main event. Thank you again, Sean.
