Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality.

To raise funding for research, along with many others, I have decided to run 50 miles / 80 km in October, and I would appreciate your support. I plan to run at least 5km every other day and to keep everyone updated on my progress by issuing updates on Facebook and Instagram each time I undertake a run.
