As many of you know, the Brompton hospital foundation supported Hannah and I during the most testing time of our lives when our first born had major surgery at just a few months old. They are a wonderful charity, and your support in supporting them is hugely appreciated. This year is a big year for Sebby as he moves on to Secondary school, and he has grown into the kindest, most wonderful boy any parent could wish for.

I am not planning on running any more marathons after this one so I won't be bothering you again any time soon! :-)
