Last September one my good mates and fellow Gooner, Steve Blight sadly decided to take his own life at the age of 61.

On Saturday 4th July, Steve’s son Harry is running 61k (36 miles) from his home in East Hertfordshire to the Emirates Stadium to commemorate Steve’s life.

I will be running with Harry and together we are raising money for Mind Flow a mental health charity supporting the construction industry.

This ultra marathon will be the hardest challenge I have faced yet. Please give a little sponsorship if you can, to support a great cause.
