Jane, beloved partner, mother, and friend, passed away on 1 January 2025 at the age of only 44, leaving behind her devoted partner, Sean, and their two young sons, Fred and Josh.

To honour her memory, they wish to raise funds for Mind which campaigns and provides support to those with mental health problems, and for Winston's Wish which supports bereaved children (https://www.justgiving.com/page/sean-gleeson-1), both of which are currently supporting her family.
