This sporting event holds a special place in my heart as it allows me to combine my new passion for fitness with making a positive impact in the lives of those affected by such tragic events.

SAMM is an incredible organization that provides vital support and guidance to individuals and families who have experienced the devastating loss of a loved one due to murder or manslaughter. Their compassionate work helps survivors navigate through unimaginable grief, offering them solace, understanding, and a sense of community.

As a lot of you know, mine and my brothers mum Isabelle Lewis was murdered horrifically in 1998 when I was just 7 years old. Following this our family was supported by SAMM.
