Story
Hi All,
Please make support me by making a small donation to the British Heart Foundation. On the 13th September I’ll be doing a trek from Putney Bridge to Southwark Park passing 16 of the iconic London Bridges.
Generally, I think people support charities that resonate with them. When doing this walk, I’ll be remembering James Clibbon a friend from Uni and Malcolm Webber a friend & colleague; both of whom passed away far too early because of heart issues.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
£24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
Please click on the Just Giving link to contribute and if you are in Central London on the day I’m sure all the people taking part would welcome any encouragement as you see us passing by.
Thanks!
Sean
