A big thank you to everyone that donated. It is really much appreciated by both me and the Mount Vernon Cancer centre. As for the run, I finished 2 minutes behind my personal best but managed several pints of Guinness afterwards 😀

Like last year I am taking part in a 10K Moor Park run this Sunday which is aid of a good cause.

I want to try and get a decent time this year. So with that in mind I spent last week in the pub watching the world athletics championships on the big screen to study the technique of the middle/long distance runners. I think I have picked up some useful tips.
