Having had a second Total Knee Replacement this January, I will again be setting my rehab goal to gear up for RAFA Rides 2026, the ultimate global cycling challenge!

This year, we’re returning to four iconic locations – RAF Marham, Kendrew Barracks (formerly RAF Cottesmore), RAF Brize Norton and RAF Leeming. Plus we have hundreds of cyclists taking part across the globe through 'RAFA Rides - Your Way'.

This is more than a cycling event; it’s a journey of purpose. Every pedal stroke brings us closer to supporting the RAF community and making a real difference in people’s lives. Whatever your personal target, every pound you raise helps transform lives across the RAF community.
