I’m taking on the London Marathon in 2026 to raise money for The Teesside Charity, a cause that genuinely makes a difference right here at home.

Teesside is an area full of grit, heart, and community spirit, but it faces challenges that hit harder than most places in the UK. Higher poverty levels, more families struggling, and more young people needing support. That’s where The Teesside Charity steps in.

They fund local charities, schools, community groups and grassroots initiatives that support people who are facing real disadvantage. Their work keeps doors open, keeps families supported and gives young people the chance to thrive. And it’s all driven by the generosity of local businesses and individuals who genuinely care about making our region stronger.

I’m running to play my small part in that. Every donation, big or small, helps keep vital support going in the Tees Valley and helps create a better place for people to live, work and build their future.
