On February 27, 2026, I will be participating in the Badger Challenge, an ultra marathon that will see me running for six hours at Beacon Hill in the freezing cold. This challenge is not just about pushing my limits; it’s about raising vital funds for Mind, a charity that provides support and advocacy for those affected by mental health issues.
My 5-month training plan will include around 12 hours of strength and endurance training per week, featuring a weekly hilly half marathon with over 500m of elevation.
