Story

Approaching 30, must be time to run a marathon.

This August I will be running my first marathon to raise money for The Woodpecker Project.

The Woodpecker Project is a Mental Health awareness charity that encourages people to take part in fitness challenges, start conversations around mental health and show people where to get support when they need it the most.

The project also trains people to become mental health fist aiders, someone who is qualified to spot signs of mental health issues and to provide the support and guidance needed.

Mental health issues is something I have struggled with in the past and I now want to do everything I can to raise as much awareness for these issues and to encourage everyone to seek help when they need it.

Any donations and shares of the page would be appreciated so much!
