I am a local publican who believes in giving back to local charities by doing challenges that test my mental and physical abilities to the very edge. Last year we cycled the boarder of Gloucestershire in 3 days but this year we want to go harder so we have decided to cycle from Stroud to Big Ben in London and back in 24 hours which is roughly 230 miles.

Since becoming a publican back in 2019 we have lost too many people we know to suicide and we campaign to help prevent more lives being taken too soon.

Sunflowers Suicide Support's community is a place of warmth and understanding, and is dedicated to providing support for people in Gloucestershire who been touched by the profound pain of suicide. Sunflowers believes that, like sunflowers themselves, they can lift others up, even on the cloudiest days.
