RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

Seb (aged 5) has a keen interest in our local RNLI station. He visits any RNLI station we go near on holidays or whilst visiting family and is always welcomed warmly by the staff and crew at each location.

He is a member of the RNLI Stormforce and visits the local stations in Littlestone and Dungeness on a regular basis.

After one of his visits learning about how the RNLI has to raise money , he came up with the idea to help support the RNLI save lives at sea by doing a sponsored walk.

Seb's is going walk 100 miles in 100 days starting from April 2025.
