Story

Hi everyone! My name is Selene, and I'm running a 5K to support the work of Koinonia, a cause incredibly close to my heart.

As a university student in my home country of Mexico, I participated in a group similar to Koinonia. Looking back, those four years had a significant impact on my life – the choices I made, the memories and friendships I built, and most importantly, my growth as a follower of Jesus, both during my university years and beyond.

Now, I'm a member of the Koinonia staff team because I'm convinced that such communities are vitally important for young people, especially in a city like London.

By participating in the 5K Parkrun, I'm aiming to raise £300 to support Koinonia's mission of providing support and guidance to university students on their faith journey. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference.

Thank you for considering supporting us!
