I am taking part in Walk Wales with James Hook in-person challenge walking 10 miles from Oxwich to Mumbles in Swansea to support the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, in memory of my partner Corey who sadly lost his life last June in a very tragic accident.

Every year they need to raise £11.2m to keep the helicopters in the sky and rapid response vehicles on the road. The teams onboard, deliver advance critical care to patients across Wales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
