April 27th is my birthday, and what better way to spend it than at London's biggest party! I'll be taking on London Marathon once more to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK, so we can accelerate progress into understanding diseases that cause dementia and developing much needed cures. So instead of buying me a birthday pint, why not chuck a few quid to a good cause instead!
