No chocolate or sweets for a year

How Many Elephants is a design-led campaign, educating a global audience about the devastating impacts of the African elephant ivory trade and raising vital funds for rangers working on the front line.

Story

Hello, I’m Seren. On my 11th birthday last March I decided to give up Chocolate and Sweets for a year to raise money for How Many Elephants. Holly Budge, the founder of this Charity, is a former pupil of my school and came to talk to us about her charity last year. I really love animals and wanted to raise money for this charity to support protecting African wildlife

It is nearly my birthday now and I’m nearly there! I’d really appreciate any support to get me through my last few days and raise money for this wonderful charity

With Covid-19 having a catastrophic affect on society and the cancellation of fundraising events across the world, hitting charities hard, we wanted to do our bit to help. The tourist industry in Africa has ground to a halt. Tourism is nil and conservation funding reduced. Wildlife are increasingly being poached as communities are forced into further poverty. Support rangers working on the frontline to protect Africa’s wildlife. We're supporting How Many Elephants, a design-led charity on a big mission to raise global awareness and funds!
