On 20 June 2026, a team from Setec Consulting Engineers Ltd will be taking on the SAS Fan Dance in the Brecon Beacons – a brutal 24km endurance challenge across one of the UK’s toughest terrains. This isn’t just a hike; it’s a test of physical and mental resilience, inspired by the selection process used by the SAS.

We’ve chosen to take on this challenge to support The Passage, a charity doing incredible work helping people experiencing homelessness in London rebuild their lives.

Every day, The Passage provides vital services including:

a. Emergency accommodation

b. Healthcare and wellbeing support

c. Employment and long-term recovery programmes

Homelessness is an issue that affects thousands across London, often hidden in plain sight. The work The Passage does gives people not just shelter, but a real chance to regain independence and dignity.

By pushing ourselves through this demanding challenge, we hope to raise funds and awareness for a cause that truly matters.
