On the fifth of September , five of us - Seth, Jack, Cosmo, Charlie and Joe are taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge: climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, in under 24 hours.

That's roughly 3400 metres of climbing, 23 miles on foot, and 460 miles of driving, crammed into a single day and night. Aching legs, no sleep, questionable service station food, and almost certainly some rain. We're not professional athletes infact far from it.

We're doing it for The Swallows Head & Neck Cancer Charity.. Head and neck cancer turns the most basic things - eating, drinking, speaking, swallowing, into daily battles. The Swallows is run by patients, carers and families who've lived it, offering support 24/7 to anyone facing a diagnosis, completely free.

Our target is £20,000 for The Swallows. Your donations go toward the support, information and community that patients and their families rely on - free, 24/7 help for anyone facing a head and neck cancer diagnosis. Whatever you choose to give makes a real difference.

We're putting in the training, the miles and the sleepless night. All we're asking is that you back us and chip in what you can, and share this with anyone who might.
