Set up in 2023, Sheffield Food Chain (https://sheffieldfoodchain.org/) is a charity with a mission of nourishing and supporting the community, delivering regular packages of meals made from food surplus to individuals and families affected by food poverty.

SFC cooks vegetarian and vegan meals using food surplus donations, aiming to deliver 5 frozen meals per home on a weekly basis, across Sharrow, Highfield, Broomhall and Nether Edge.

It is a new organisation, doing great things for the community they serve, and well worth supporting.
