Ryan and Demsey are stepping up to one of the most technically challenging events on the calendar – the Midlands Tough Mudder – to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

This isn’t just any obstacle course. Every challenge is up-scaled, with added twists and muddy surprises thanks to the unpredictable terrain. The demanding route winds through the stunning grounds of Belvoir Castle, packed with killer hills, relentless obstacles, and plenty of thick, energy-sapping mud.

They’re taking on this challenge to support everyone affected by cystic fibrosis (CF) — a genetic condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. CF affects over 11,000 people in the UK, and 1 in 25 of us carries the faulty gene, often without even knowing.

Cystic fibrosis brings daily physical and mental challenges. But together, the community is united in working towards the ultimate goal: effective treatment for all.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity bringing people together to stop cystic fibrosis — and Ryan and Demsey are proud to support that mission.
