Story

Griffin Cubs have been working hard on creating their very own shadow puppet show to raise money for Scouts Against Malaria.

Entrance fee (including a cup of tea/coffee/juice made by your Cub) is a suggested donation of £5.

Please don't forget to tick the gift aid option and leave your order in the comments.

In Africa, 400,000 people die from Malaria every year. 200,000 of these are children. We wanted to help by raising money to buy mosquito nets to help protect those at most risk (young children, pregnant ladies, and the elderly).

Over the last 2 years we have raised enough money to purchase and distribute over 1,300 nets which has helped protect over 1,000 families.

Both distributions were filmed so we could share it with the parents and people that donated, and there is also an audit trail of the money so that we can be 100% confident that all funds reached the right people and were spent appropriately.

We now want to help even more families and are hoping to raise money by putting on a Shadow Puppet show for our family and friends.
