My name is Shafiq and I am an ER physician who works in Ontario.

On December 5th, I’ll be traveling as part of IMANA’s ServeSyria medical mission as Team Lead to provide critical care to Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Jordan. Our group will consist of medical professionals eager and trained to help these patients across the world. These communities have faced unimaginable challenges due to war, and displacement.

IMANA’s efforts focus on delivering life-saving medical care, including mobile clinics and specialized treatments, to those in dire need. This is an opportunity for us to stand together and bring hope to those who need it most.
