People across Bangladesh are living in broken houses. With your support we are able to build homes with solid walls and tin roofs.

We have already built a number of houses as the image gallery will show.

This fundraiser is to replace a derelict tin house for a family in Biswanath, Sylhet with concrete foundation, brick walls and a tin roof.

Despite recent economic advances in Bangladesh, poverty is still deep and widespread in the country, with almost half of its population living on less than £2 per day, and over 20 million living in extreme poverty.

Bangladesh’s geographical location, land characteristics, rivers, and climate make it very vulnerable to natural disasters, further increasing the suffering of people who are already living in dire conditions.
