Every child deserves the love, support and care to allow them the opportunity for a childhood. No child should be forced to work till their fingers bleed and their bones shatter just to be able to eat. Empowering Communities aims to help children in third world countries to have the chance for a childhood, an education, and a life.

This Ramadan I will be collecting zakat and sadqa for empowering communities Orphanage Shelter . It’s where we house flood victims, widows, orphans, disabled and elderly and provide them with food, accommodation, education, security and paid medical expenses.

£300 will sponsor one person for the full year at the Shelter home.(that’s only £25 per month)

Zakat is applicable on this cause. We operate on an 100% Zakat Donation policy. Every little bit of help, will make a massive difference to the people in need.
