As a parent of a disabled child (my beautiful son Leo), I know how difficult it is to find activities and suitable holiday accommodation. With the cost of living increasing for everyone, it’s organisations like Phab that need our help so that the disabled and less privileged can also enjoy some of the things we take for granted. I am also running in memory of my beautiful Mum, who passed away 27th Sep ‘22 and will never be forgotten.

This is my 2nd go at the Marathon as I had to pull out of 2023 with a knee injury - thank you to everyone who donated last year (and any new donations to Phab).

Phab inspires and supports disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults, to make more of life together, through our network of 130 clubs over England & Wales, with 8,000 members and our Phab residential adventures, breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for all involved to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.
