On Sunday 14th September 2025, I’ll be running the Lichfield 10k in support of The Vilomah Foundation.

The Vilomah Foundation is a local charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families who have experienced pregnancy loss or are pregnant after loss. They provide both one-to-one and group sessions, completely free of charge, to anyone who needs them.

As a small charity making a big difference, they rely on donations to continue offering this vital support. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean a lot and help them carry on their important work.
