As a child life specialist, I provide support to children and families dealing with illness, trauma, and loss, particularly those affected by cancer in our local area. I am committed to raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research through an initiative called Fluttering. This ongoing campaign throughout September aims to support warrior families and improve access to treatment, financial assistance, and mental wellness resources.

I am partnering with Unravel, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research. Unlike traditional grant funding, Unravel provides unrestricted funds to innovative pediatric cancer researchers, enabling them to develop more effective and less toxic treatments for children with cancer.

Together, we can work to make a difference in the lives of these brave warriors and their families.
