Hi all,

As a lot of people will be aware my mum passed away on the 15th October 2022 and we are coming up to the first anniversary of her passing.

When my mum passed away I vowed that I wanted to do something each year in memory of her. This year myself and Sarah will be completing the 5K starlight hike for Sue Ryder.

Sue Ryder was a massive support to my mum, dad and all of us as a family in my mums last months.

- £25 could help fund an hour of expert care and help fill another family's final days with love

- £42 could go towards grief counselling sessions for people coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

- £63 could go towards training a nurse to provide end-of-life care.

Sue Ryders specialist teams provide expert and compassionate care, which means the end of peoples lives can be filled with friendship, family and love in their final moments together.

Without the support of Sue Ryder my mums last few months with us wouldn’t have been as comfortable as they were.
