Hi Family and friends,

On Sunday 6th July I am participating in a 2km sponsored charity swim in the sea in Helvic near Dungarvan Co Waterford

The swim raises much needed funds for the RNLI who save lives by providing a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service and is made up of dedicated people who are working to make the waters around Ireland a safer place.

If you have a few euros to spare I would really appreciate if you could sponsor me and help raise funds for this incredible charity
